After years of performing valuation services for institutional and private clients in both the Tampa Bay area as well as Ft. Lauderdale, Scott Stillwell realized that traditional real estate brokerages and real estate agents lacked the understanding and skill to properly value and defend their values. In 2016, Scott opened Sun Realty of Florida, Inc. to redefine what all real estate brokerage companies should focus on: Understanding value and creating value for its clients and agents.

SCOTT STILLWELL
Managing Broker & Owner
Scott is a licensed real estate broker with over 20 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. He is also a VA (Veterans Administration) and FHA (Federal Housing Authority) approved State Certified Appraiser with over 11 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
DEBRA
Closing Coordinator
Debra serves as Sun Realty’s Closing Coordinator. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree and has has over 20 years of Operations Management and Human Resource experience. In addition, Debra’s professional experiences include Compliance, Quality Management, and Education and Training.
ELLEN
Inventory Manager
Ellen is originally from Buffalo, New York. She graduated from Flagler College with her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. She worked for more than ten years as the Medical Producer for CBS in Philadelphia. She joins the Sun Realty team after moving down to Florida with her family.

Marketing & Social Media
Alexandra has worked in sales and organizational management for large corporations, including Berkshire Hathaway and Verizon. Alexandra oversees marketing, social media, and recruiting
